Physical exercise
With the rising of living standards, people do less exercises than before. For example, now many families have their own cars, and they would like to get around by car instead of walking. But it’s no good for our health. People should do more exercise to keep the body strong and active.
We should only spend about 20 minutes every day. （what we should do is 20 minutes everyday）You can do some sports like running, playing basketball, playing volleyball and so on. You can also go for a walk with your families after dinner. Going hiking with your friends at weekends is a good idea,too.
Physical exercise is of a great benefit to us. It can not only make our body stronger but also also makes us feel relaxed. When you have too much pressure, you would go out and do some exercise and you will feel much better.
Physical exercise is good for us. I hope that everyone would like it.
