Upon leaving the protective environment of campus, they discover their inadequate preparation for the job market, leading to feelings of confusion and dissatisfaction.
5. Finally, some graduates exhibit an inflated sense of self-worth. Despite their lack of experience, they demand salaries that are out of sync with the industry standards. Such unrealistic expectations further hinder their job prospects.
