hi，这个句子有一些问题：

1. Personally I believe that with the development of society.（后面缺句子，随着社会的发展，然后呢？一般是with the development of the society, more and more people are becoming.....） 

2. If every member is willing to contribute himself to the society，than I am confident that a bright future is waiting us

       (这句话你想表示的是，只要人人都有奉献意识，等着我们的一定是美好的未来，你想看每个        人为什么一定是男的呢，所以你这个himself是有问题的。改成这样比较好：

       If everyone is willing to make contirbution to the society, then I am confident that a         brighter/better  furture is waiting for us.)

直接用make contribution to 贡献,就避免了不知道用him 还是Her 的问题了

wait for sb 等待某人一定要加介词for

这里我用的 brighter 比较级是想表示一个更美好更明朗的未来。你也可以直接用bright。
