1 I sat in my room for a few minutes with my eyes fixed on the ceiling。这个句子是with+名词+过去分词还是with+名词+介词短语？ fixed on the ceiling是分词短语？with + 名词 + 分词可以，+分词短语可以吗？
with+宾（my eyes：名词) +宾补（fixed on the ceiling：过去分词短语）
短语：“fix one's eyes on盯着……” 变来的
2.home away from home 如何理解？away是什么词性？away from修饰？
away from是个短语：“离开家：away from home”(away是个副词）
The school is 20 kilometres away from my home.
3.we will continue to remain committed to develop local talents in China和Developed nations will remain committed to improving the quality of life in Africa。这2句中为什么一句中to后面不加ing，另一句却加ing？

Red Cross前面有the，而第二个没有？
其实都应该有的。普通名词构成的都专有名词，就得加the(当然，有时是不写的：比如：USA或the USA都行的。）

可以的。
