楼主的翻译有些地方太照搬中文了，造成英语意思表达不清
第一句：原定的于XX截止的培训计划，由于日本地震与海啸等原因，被中途取消。

这句如果把中间的部分看成修饰成分去掉，就变成I am sorry about the training program form XX to XX（）was canceled by midway. 这样错误就显而易见了
应该改成：I am so sorry that the training program planned to be held from XX to XX is canceled because of the Japanese earthquake and tsunami.
第二句：虽然目前已经基本上可以进行本职位的基本工作。但是还有许多欠缺之处，尤其是在有限元分析与软件应用方面。Although I have already can basically carried out the basic work of this job,But there are still many unfilled sections, especially in the finite element analysis and software application skills.
首先ALTHOUGH后面加BUT就是个严重的错误，然后句子成分混乱，前面有have后面还加can，这种错误实在不该
改正：Although I can basically perform primary works,I still have something to learn,especially in the finite element analysis and software applications
第三句：其他培训内容也有很大一部分还没有完成
Other content is also not yet complete.
但从这个句子来说，怎么能用is---complete呢？这应该属于粗心造成的
