First, we should spend one to two hours a day in regular exercise; try to walk instead of ride. Second, we should eat some healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits and so on. They are able to help us maintain a healthy body.
首先,我们应该花一到两个小时来做定时锻炼;尽量步行来代替乘车。第二,我们应该多吃一些健康的食品,如蔬菜,水果等。它们能够帮助我们保持健康的身体。

When we are in trouble, try to relax our mood, listen to the soft music. It also enables us to maintain a good health. Finally there is a good sleep can also assure us a healthy body. We should sleep seven to eight hours a day to maintain adequate sleep. If we can do follow these advice, I believe we can have a healthy body, a better life.

But do you know how to keep healthy? Here are some of my advice . Firstly, as the proverb goes: You are what you eat. So eating the right kind of food is very important. You should eat more fruit and vegetables and cut down foods that contain a lot of fat and sugar. Secondly, You’d better take some exercise every day, which will help build up your body. Finally, You must get rid of bad habits, such as eating junk food, drinking and smoking.
In a word, having a good eating habits with some exercise is the key to your health.

How to keep healthy? That's a good question. In general, to keep healthy we need keep a balanced diet and eat more fresh fruits and vegetable. Keep away from those greasy and fatty food. You'd have good living habits too. For example, don't watch TV when you eat, cause it affects your appetite, food digestion and nutrition absorption. Also, it's important to eat breakfast. Many people include the children, they don't eat breakfast but going to work or school directly. It's not good. If you don't eat breakfast, after the whole night digestion, there'll be no more energy and nutrition to support your brain working, it affects your working and study.
Other than that, exercises are also important. Many studies shown that it's good to do exercises 20-30 min each day. Exercises can also make people happy and increase their self-confidence. Enjoy the life, don't think too much, relaxation, all that can help you to get a healthy body.
