Thank you for your interest in the captioned fair. We are pleased to enclose an official application form together with an information sheet for your consideration. Please pay attention to the followings before filling in the forms:谢谢你对标题的展览会的兴趣。我们很高兴寄给你一份正式的申请表和一份信息表供你考虑。在填表之前请注意以下内容：
A. Priority for booths will be given to participants of the HK Pavilion in Fashion Access 2007 and/or 2008 who has observed the pre-set deadline, 22 October 2008.
A.展位的优先权将给予2007和2008Fashion Access(时尚汇集）展览会香港馆的参与者，（2008年的参与者已观察到预定的2008年10月22日的截止日期）。
B. Application Procedure

1) The standard participation fee are:

a) HK$34,000 per 9 sqm standard booth with basic facilities
a）带基本实施的9平方米标准展位，34000港币
b) HK$45,000 per 12 sqm standard booth with basic facilities

c) Compulsory web membership fee: HK$1,170 (US$150) charged by the fair organiser for www.FashionNetAsia.com.
c）强制性的网络成员费：1170港币，由展览会组织者为www.FashionNetAsia.com.收取
d) Optional: 10% surcharge of the participation fee for ordering of corner booth – HK$3,400 for 9 sqm & HK$4,500 for 12 sqm
d）任选的：参加费10％的附加，用于定角落展位－9平方米的为3400港币，12平方米的为4500港币
2) Deadline for submission of official application form will be 31 October 2008.

3) The completed application form with appropriate cheque payment, must be returned to the Council at the following address:带有适当支票付款的完成的申请表必须按以下地址寄回到“组委会”

The cheque should be crossed and payable to “Hong Kong Trade Development Council” and should be made by two payments as follows:
支票应被划转和可以支付给“香港贸易发展委员会”，而且应该进行如下两笔付款：
1st Cheque : a non-refundable deposit on 40% of the participation fee plus compulsory web membership fee HK$1,170 for immediate payment:
第一张支票：40％参加费的不可返回定金，加上强制性的网络成员费1170英镑，要立即支付
Total amount : HK$14,770 for 9 sqm;
HK$19,170 for 12 sqm
总计：9平方米的是14770港币，12平方米的是19170港币
2nd Cheque : posted-dated cheque dated 29 December 2008 for the remaining balance,

Total amount : HK$20,400 for 9 sqm;
HK$27,000 for 12 sqm

Optional : a separate cheque dated 29 December 2008 on the 10% surcharge of the participation fee for ordering corner booth
任选的：一张日期为2008年12月29日的分开的支票，用于预定角落展位的参加费10％的附加
4) Any application with INCOMPLETE form or without cheque payment will NOT be accepted.
4）任何表格没填全的，或者没有支票付款的申请将不被接受。
5) 1 set of product catalogue/photo and copy of your company’s Hong Kong Business Registration certificate should be submitted with the application form.
应随申请表一起，提交一套产品样本/照片和你公司的香港工商登记证书的复印件。
6) You must sign the last page and stamp the form with your company chop.

7) Upon receipt your application the Council will screen all information. We shall then advise you in writing whether your application will be accepted or not.

Similar to the past event, past exhibitors of HK Pavilion will have priority in booth selection by balloting.
与以往的情况一样，香港馆过去的参展商通过抽签在展位选择上有优先权。 On the basis of fair deal, booth selection sequence will be determined by balloting. 在公平处理的基础上，展位选择顺序将由抽签确定。Attached please find a paper regarding “Booth Allocation Method” for your easy reference.信里附的一张纸是关于“展位分配办法”，供你参考。

我们本打算报名参加3月的广州展会，但由于没有空位，我们将延期参加9月的广州展会。
We planned to register for a fair in Guangzhou this March, but due to no booth available for us, we decide to go for the fair in the same city in September.
由于与XX展会举办时间相隔太近无法作出调整，因此我们只能取消贵机构举办的XX展会。
As the interval between this fair and XX fair is too short for us to handle arrangements, we have to cancel the registration for xx fair hosted by you.
