2.. 大凡找工作的人，都有对面试的担心，而英语面试最令人头痛。面试气氛总是紧张的，一紧张就容易出错，中文“台词”都会结巴，何况英语！可俗话说，养兵千日，用兵一时，学了那么多年英语，好歹有些积累，总不能栽在这上面。那么，如何过好英语面试这一关呢？
只能在平时积累的基础上，注意一些细节，运用一些技巧，给自己加上几个成功的筹码。
首先，平时要注意训练听力，至少要听得懂考官的问题，如果考官一个问题出来，你却听得云里雾里，然后来两三个“Pardon”，那现场气氛定会急转直下。说话要流利，思维要连贯，层次要清晰，不要夹杂中文，可以用“well”、“however”这样的过渡词来给自己停顿和思考，同时，也使得自己的表述显得口语化一些。
其次，发音要标准。在面谈的过程中，发音的正确清晰与否是最为重要的。不要因为害怕犯语法错误而不敢说，大多数时候一些细小的语法错误并不影响交际的进行，考官们也不会特别在意。如果要说某个词却一时想不起来，那就换种说法，尽量避免卡壳，卡壳会导致冷场。总之不管怎么样，都要自信满满地，把英文说得让人听上去像那么回事。
■先期准备
主要是个人情况和业务方面。专业英语的准备要充足，有时会被要求用英语解释一个专业术语或解答一个技术问题。还可去公司的英文网站了解一下企业文化，这在面谈的中会有帮助的。
3.当没话时，可说最简单的英语说，只要意思表达清楚了即可，可说说你最熟悉的话题，如你的专业、学校，家庭。兴趣爱好等等。最重要的是要敢说！！
1.面试前应准备事项。公司概况：对公司所在地、规模、在全球的活动概况等最好事先有所了解，如无法得到书面资料，也要设法从该公司或其他同业中获得情报。
在国内的活动：包括总公司在国内设立分公司的时间、业绩表现、经营规模，以及今后预定推展的业务等，若能得到业界的评价更好！
态度：从打电话询问开始，公司即开始考核求职者的表现，因此，以良好的态度询问可望留下较佳的印象。
整体造型：和应征其他公司并无不同，男性领带不宜太花哨，女性以柔性套装为宜。
2.面试时自我介绍内容应强调应征的动机及想应征的岗位，并作简洁的自我介绍。面试前最好收集相关情报，自我介绍时才能胸有成竹，切合主题，并掌握几个具体要点如：人际关系、兴趣等，均有助于对方了解自己。
3.工作经历介绍从最近一份工作谈起，主要内容最好和应征工作有关，提出最有利于新工作的职务经历。最好也能说明曾担任何种职务、实际成绩、业绩等，以及自己的工作对原来公司的影响，凡和此次应征不相关的内容，则务必避免提及。
4.提供与专业能力相关的资格考试资料或专业证书，最好和应征职务有直接关联，不但可证明自己在这一方面的努力，也表示具有这个潜能。描述可针对过去的工作表现以展现个人专业能力。先了解自身能力之后，在面试时才能侃侃而谈。
5.明确表达应征动机：“觉得贵公司很有潜力”、“自觉和贵公司的风格很吻合”等均过于笼统不足采用，应该实际而具体地提出公司发展潜力与个人欣赏公司风格的地方，华丽空泛的形容词反而弄巧成拙，表达自己的工作热忱才是上策。
把上面所说的全都做好，有信心就会有底气，端正好心态，多总结经验，相信你一定能找到一份理想的工作。
