According to the different nature of the company, now has two kinds of ways for the certification documents:

Class A: the company is state-owned enterprises or government agencies;

Need to be submitted by the applicant a copy from the shipper and the consignee seal the two sides signed letter (see attached sample), with this letter will accept the certification documents for the embassy.

Class B: the non state-owned enterprises or non government organizations;

Embassy required to produce the following 5 files:

1) certificate of origin

2) marine insurance--cargo insurance policy should be issued by insurance company in Chinese mainland, and since our order is base on FOB, extra charges occurs in marine insurance and it is about $100
3) The embassy requires present the above 5 certificates and all the certificate should be legalized when conduct the authorization each time. that means, including paking list, the certificate fee will be increased to $2700(450*6)
Besides, the embassy told us that at the begininging of their new policy implementation, there are may some confusions exsit. that is to say, when applicant submit the above certificates, the embassy may refuse because of other reasons, but all the fees can not be returned.
