help sb doing sth是 在帮助某人当某事 已经开始了
help sb to do sth是 去帮助某人当某事 还没开始的

动词后跟动词时一般第二个动词变为动词不定式（to do）或动名词（doing），help后跟的是动词不定式，由于help比较特殊，后面可以跟不带to的动词不定式，也可以跟带to的不定式，所以用to do 或 do 都对。
