no one ：
1.no one意为“没有人”，只能指人，不能与of连用.
2.作主语时，谓语动词只能用单数形式
3.可回答来回答who,及含anyone,anybody引起的疑问句
none：
1.既可指人也可指物，反义词是all.
2.用于三者或以上，意为“没有人；没有什么东西；一个也不”。
3.它与of连用修饰名词复数或代词宾格复数作主语，谓语动词既可用单数也可用复数。多用单数。
4.可一般用来回答how many +n, how much +n 及含any+n引起的疑问句 .

【词汇辨析】
no one相当于 nobody，同样, someone, anyone和 everyone分别相当于 somebody,anybody和 everybody这些代词只能指人,后面不跟介词 of构成的短语 no one后可跟 of短语,但只能说 no one of sb.,不能说 no one of sth.
none和 some one, every one, any one可以指人,也可以指物,根据后面介词 of的宾语或上下文而定例如:
None of them have (has) left.他们都没有离开
No one of them has left.他们没有一个人离开
None of these books are (is) good. (正)这些书都不好
No one of these books is good. (误)
Note:
nobody虽然相当于 no one,但不能说 nobody of sb.例如:
Nobody of us is free. (误)
No one of us is free.我们没有一人空闲
Nobody is free.没人空闲

no one 和none都表示“没有”，但是用法上有很多区别：
1、none既可指人也可指物，反义词是all；而no one只可以指人，如：
None of us knew how to treat her.
我们没有人知道该如何对待她。（指人）
She did none of the maintenance on the vehicle itself.
她对车子本身没有进行半点养护。（指物）
No one can open mail except the person to whom it has been addressed.
