We are also so surprised to receive the broken picture,but we are sure that goods are safe when we deliver from our warehouse.The reason are as following, firstly we pack goods by plastic tray, and each tray only has two layer goods,then we shrink the tray and goods together by using plastic film to protect the goods from wet. Secondly we use Forklift truck to assemble into the container,so goods will never broke when we deliver out. Attached detailed pictures are for your reference.
