Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and givepurpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one＇s mental decline and hence endangers his health. According to them,relaxation, the opposite of stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.
Personally, I＇m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor performance and ill health
On Happiness
Someone asks me what on earth happiness means? I can't give you the exact definition of it, but I'm sure if you love and help others, you'll get it.
I 'll never forget an old lady. She lives in a small house alone. It's said that her husband and her son died in a traffic accident. How bitter her life is!But the old lady often helps others with a smile. Whenever it snows, she is always the first to clean the paths. She looks after several children living nearby. I am one of them. I often remember the stories she told us and her kind smile. Perhaps she is unlucky, but I think she is a happy person. Her life is full of laughter and love.
But I'm sad to see some people getting their happiness in bad ways.They speak loudly in cinemas and meeting rooms; they destroy trees to enjoy themselves and they laugh at others' shortcomings. Perhaps they feel happy at that time, but they will never get true happiness because they have lost their personality.
Now I know what happiness is. It means kindness, love and
unselfishness. Above all, only bringing happiness to others can make you yourself get it.

I have a very interesting summer vaction this year. I spent my summer vation with my grandparents in my hometown--a small village. My hometown is a very beatiful place,I met a lot of new friends here, they taught me fishing in river and catch bird. At night i ate watermelon with my grandmother. I love my hometown and i feel very happy in my hometown.

Nowadays, lots of APPs such as DouYin and Kuaishou are making a big difference to our own life. People often watch short-videos on them for fun when they are free.
However, it's not always good for people to spend too much time on the APPs like DouYin. Although they can make you happy or make you feel better, it's a waste of time. You can spend time on other things that make you smarter and happier. For example, if you are tired of doing math homework, you can listen to some English songs. It can make you relax, and it can improve your English level at a time.
It's not good for people to spend too much time on APPs like DouYin. People should learn more and improve ourselves so that they can make their life more colorful and wonderful.
