The nation is the world.As a result of our open-door policy(应该是open-door policy),more and more foreigners visit China and become interested in our rich and charming都用形容词 national culture .Furthermore,many of them even root in China and turn to real "Chinese"时态和单复数改下,they can speak mandarin well,cook Chinese food ,sing Beijing opera and even know KongFu!"(have KongFu有点中式了)
There is no reason to make a fuss about this phenomenon.On the one hand,we are living in an age when economic globalization is not only heard over the media,but also seen and felt in the reality of our daily life.International culture exchange 交流，不可数has become more and more frequent,which is inevitably improving our mutual understanding and friendship with other countries.On the other hand,it results from our great achievement during the last two decades,such as the accession to WTO,the successful launching of Chang'e No.1 lunar satellite,especially Beijing's successful hosting of the 2008 Olympic Games and so forth.How can one resist being appealed to such an energetic nation with an increasingly significant status as well as a long and colorful culture?

7.due attention 这个due在这是什么意思啊，没能理解
8.institutional improvements 和 to stamp之间的逗号去掉，这是一句完整的话不需用逗号意思
以上只是个人意见和观点
15分的作文,大概能得11-12分吧;
字数太多了;能得得出来作者的英文写作功底,有理显然对英语的写作套路比较熟悉;
不过写作应该长短句兼用;你的长句太多了,有些句子不够精炼.其实很简单的短句就能很准确地表达.
