1、 领事有责任美国移民法，领事想确定所有文件是真实合法的，一般情况下，如果文件是有序的、清洁的、可信的、一致的，那么很快就会批准签证，面试者的仪表和态度；
2、面签的时候是不需要提交任何体检信息的，如果时间比较充裕的话，可以先签证，再获得签证之后再体检，但如果开学的时间和签证的时间中间间隔不是很富裕的话，可以先体检，以免耽误中间的时间。
